Arizona Gold – Organic
SOLD OUT- Large oval tuber that is yellow fleshed and versatile. Thin skins with delicious buttery flavor. Moderate keeper. New variety for us this season!
Mid Season: 85 days

Austrian Crescent – Organic
Austrian Crescent is a productive fingerling potato. It has nutty-tasting yellow flesh wrapped in a thin, light yellow skin. Very firm when cooked, it is great for potato salads, as the pieces hold their shape. Also delicious when boiled or steamed. High starch content for a fingerling.
Late Season: 90 days

Banana – Organic
This variety is the most recognized of all the fingerlings. It is also one of the largest yielding, and can set up to 40 tubers per hill. A late maturing variety that’s delicious either boiled or fried.
Late Season: 90+ days

Cal-White – Organic
An early maturing variety producing long oval white potatoes with great flavor. An incredible yielder that matures early and stores well, Cal-White potatoes are great for baking and frying.
Early Season: 65 days

Dark Red Norland – Organic
Very smooth skin, white flesh, and good yields of medium to large-sized consistent tubers with shallow eyes. Norland stores well, and are very popular in the northwest potato belt. One of the best tasting reds.
Early Season: 65+ days

German Butterball – Organic
Near perfect, large round-oblong tubers, somewhat netted golden skin with a flavor beyond imagination. One of our most popular selling potatoes, they are great for hash browns, fries, steaming, or baking. Stores well.
Late Season: 90+ days

Gold Nugget – Organic
Gold nugget has a nice yellow skin finish, and bright yellow flesh. Great buttery flavor, and cooks very evenly. Has a smaller size profile and can set more than a dozen uniform tubers. When harvested a bit early, it makes a great baby potato.
Late Season: 90-100 days

Huckleberry Gold – Organic
A newly released variety, this potato has beautiful purple skin, shallow eyes, and wonderful yellow flesh. It has a very creamy, buttery texture that makes great mashed potatoes. Alternatively, they are excellent served as baby potatoes.
Mid/Late Season: 85+ days

Kennebec – Organic
Kennebec has smooth yellow skin, shallow eyes, and white flesh. This consistent potato does very well under harsh conditions. Resists disease, and keeps well. Great flavor. Heavy yields of large potatoes in most soils.
Mid Season: 80+ days

Purple Majesty – Organic
A great dark blue to purple thin-skinned variety. It has flesh to match the skin. It’s a late summer to fall variety or can be harvested early for baby potatoes. Makes striking french fries and homemade potato chips- color doesn’t fade through cooking.
Late Season: 90+ days

Red Pontiac – Organic
With deep red skin and delicious white flesh, Red Pontiac is most likely the easiest and most adaptable red potato to grow. Add that to consistently good flavor, and the ability to perform well in heavier soils, Red Pontiac may become your favorite potato variety.
Early Season: 65+ days

Russett Norkotah – Organic
One of the most productive russets available, especially in terms of high quality, uniform potatoes. Smooth, red-brown skin, shallow eyes, and great texture for baking and frying. Great for gardeners with limited space.
Mid Season: 85+ days

Yellow Finn – Organic
SOLD OUT- Classic European yellow-fleshed gourmet potato. Yellow Finn’s buttery sweet flavor distinguishes it from any other potato. Produces excellent yields of flat, round, sometimes pear-shaped tubers. Yellow Finn has a moist, mashable texture, and is an excellent keeper.
Mid Season: 80 days

Yukon Gold – Organic
Yukon Gold is an attractive, smooth potato with thin yellow skin, yellow flesh, and shallow eyes. It is an excellent keeper and yields consistently. This potato lends itself well to any method of potato preparation. Yukon Gold is perhaps our most popular potato.
