Chesnok Red – organically grown
This beautiful, purple stripe garlic is a perennial favorite with staff and customers alike. It can grow 8-12 cloves per bulb and many consider its flavor and texture among the best for roasting. Chesnok Red originally hails from Shvelisi in the Republic of Georgia and boasts great flavor, good size, and eye-catching color. Late Season.

Georgian Crystal – organically grown
An heirloom garlic that has a delicious taste with considerable heat and superior flavor. Produces about 5 to 8 cloves and can be very large at harvest. Mid Season.
Fields Farm – Bend, OR
German Porcelain – organically grown
Grows a very large bulb containing 4-8 easy to peel cloves. The white wrappers have delicate purple stripes. This one is #1 on taste. Stores up to six months. Does well in any climate. Mid Season.

This is one tasty garlic! Has the heat and long lasting flavor that many of us love in a hardneck garlic. The large cloves are wrapped in a white skin with streaks of purple-red. Beautiful and delicious. Late Season.
Deschutes Canyon Garlic – Terrebonne, OR
Rosewood – organically grown
Rosewood is a hardneck, heirloom garlic that has a warm, spicy flavor when cooked, but is hot like wasabi when raw. When roasted, it has a nice, delicious, buttery flavor. As one of the hottest types of garlic, it also has a robust flavor with a strong finish. Mid Season.

A delicious and reliable softneck. Has great mild flavor with a long storage capacity. A perfect garlic for braiding with large cloves that are easy to peel. Paper skins are white with occasional pink or purple blush. Early Season.

This delicious garlic is famously associated with the Gilroy Garlic Festival in California. The bulbs are large, white-skinned with purple stripes and a well-rounded mild flavor, excellent fresh or used in cooking. Inchelium Red – naturally grown
Oh how we love this one! Inchelium Red easily boasts three inch size bulbs that produce 8-20 cloves of mild, but lasting flavor and a hint of hot! Dense cloves store well, and the flavor can get stronger in storage. This vigorous variety won on a Rodale Institute taste test of 20 garlic strains named, “Very Best of the Softnecks.”. Mid Season.
Earthwise Garlic – Coburg, OR
Lorz Italian – organically grown
This strain was brought from Italy to the Pacific Northwest by the Lorz family in the late 1800’s. Has excellent garlic flavor with mild to medium heat. This makes it great for any recipe calling for raw garlic- think salad dressing, hummus, bruschetta, fresh salsa and guacamole. Uniform and high yielding strain. Produces early maturing bulbs that can be palm-sized in proper growing conditions. Mid Season.
