HOW TO USE THE TODDY
Instead of brewing with heat, you’re brewing with time. The brewing chamber has a spot for a filter you wet and place at the bottom with a stopper beneath that. Then it is simply filled with water and coffee grounds per the instructions, then left to sit for 12-24 hours. After it has finished brewing for the optimal time, pull the stopper from the bottom and let your concentrate drain into the glass decanter, which can be stored in the fridge for up to two weeks.
