For the Jars:
2/3 cup flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup crushed pecans
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup crushed toffee
1/4 cup chocolate chips
These jars of small batch giftable, delicious & flavorful cookies make a sweet gift, or an easy to bake instant pre-made cookie mix to have on hand in the pantry! All you need are .5 liter jars (our Le Parfait ‘Super’ Jars are a great option) to layer your ingredients into. Carefully hand-pack your jar with each ingredient to create pretty layers. A small spoon is handy for pushing down and evening out ingredients as you go.

To bake: Preheat oven to 350˚. Stir together the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix one lightly beaten egg, 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1/4 cup well-softened butter until combined. Add and mix wet ingredients into dry until combined. Roll dough into balls roughly 1.5″ and place on lightly oiled or parchment covered baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes until lightly browned.
